The werewolf role play was inspired with three goals in mind, and prepared months in advance before going online in 2009. The success and continuation of the story ten years later is evidence of the virtue of the goals set by its creator and maintained by the rules established. All members have been and will hereafter be expected to adhere to the rules and policies regarding written conduct, civility, and art use according to the following.

CIVILITY:
All members and potential members on TheOneYouFeed.club agree to conduct themselves according to the basic rules of internet civility, which are (but are not limited to) the following:

1. No obscene language or otherwise offensive content.
2. No harassment of users either publicly or privately.
3. No spamming either publicly or privately.

WRITTEN CONDUCT:
In role play, all members are expected to participate according to the following standards:

1. All role play posts ought to contain enough material for an appropriate response. With the exception of closing posts made by the author of the thread, or action scenes which require less description, all posts should include at least a paragraph of three to six sentences.
2. Please use proper spelling and punctuation. Although members are not required to have strict grammatical skills to participate, proper spelling and punctuation is helpful in conveying the intended meaning to fellow role players. One of the goals of this role play is to help its members improve as writers, therefore, if a role player is a less experienced writer, all members are required to encourage him or her, and to demonstrate tolerance and patience with the inevitable errors of the learning process.
3. Do not role play another member's character. All interactions between characters are voluntary, and responses can only be determined by the character's owner.  ie. If two characters are in a brawl, and character A attacks character B, the owner of character B has the right to decide whether the attack by character A landed or failed.
4. Likewise, all actions within the role play must be reasonable. A character is often assigned a set of "stats" on his or her character reference sheet (see FAQ #000 for details) which can be helpful to the role player in determining a reasonable response for their character. ie. Character B in the previous example cannot be an all-powerful and immortal being, therefore the outcome of character A's attack must be determined by an examination of logical factors such as the size and skill of the combatants.
5. Sexual scenes are prohibited. Whereas different character relationships are encouraged, any description which details or suggests sexual intimacy is off-limits.
6. Offensive language is not excused. Although characters representing all walks of life are encouraged, offensive words and phrases are not. The role player is advised to use vague narrative writing in the place of such words or phrases.
7. Side characters are a privilege, not a convenience. A side character has the potential to effect a great many things in the history and future of the main characters of the role play. Therefore, the privilege of introducing and maintaining a side character is reserved for established and skilled members.

ART USE:
The regulation regarding the use of purchased art and character references is as follows:

1. A purchased character reference sheet is not to be copied or edited in any way by the customer, recipient, or other any other party. Once a character reference sheet has been completed, it may only be edited by the artist as agreed upon by the customer or recipient.
2. All character reference sheets used on the member forums granting complete membership must be drawn and signed by the authorized artist of TheOneYouFeed.club.
3. All purchased character reference sheets are not to be used off TheOneYouFeed.club website unless written permission is requested by the owner and thereafter granted by the artist.
4. No purchased character reference sheet can be resold. Refunds can be requested upon absolute surrender of the purchased character reference sheet by the owner no later than three days following time of transaction.
5. A character reference sheet can only be given away (after purchase) to established members, and upon the following conditions: As agreed upon by both the previous owner and new owner, and as authorized by the artist.
6. A character reference sheet may be purchased in behalf of new and existing members by an established member if all the following conditions exist; a.) The established member has personally vouched for the conduct of the recipient, b.) the established member pays the full price for the character reference sheet, and c.) as agreed upon by the artist.
7. The administrators of TheOneYouFeed.com reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership to anyone - even after transaction of an authorized character reference sheet is completed - if membership conduct does not adhere to the rules on this page. Any membership that is revoked or suspended will not receive a refund for any character reference sheet(s) purchased from the artist.
8. All rules on the purchase form (link will be added) must be obeyed as specified.

The regulation regarding the use of art by members, used with permission, and inserted during role play activity is as follows:

1. All art used on the forums must adhere to the rules and standards already established on this page. Furthermore, all art used will be void of a.) nudity, b.) sexual intimacy, c.) excessive violence and gore, d.) anything detailing or suggestive.
2. All art used on the character forums must be credited to the original artist by the owner, either by clear signature on the piece, or written credit on the page, or as otherwise specified by the artist(s) individually.
3. Any art depicting religious or cultural symbols and figures must be respectful in nature.
4. Any art or photography used or inserted on role play forums must be accurate and relevant to the story events in which it is included.
